The short version
Privacy is part of how we work, not a checkbox. We collect only what we need to answer you and to carry out a transaction you ask for. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. You can ask us to delete what we hold.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us.
When you open an account through a custodian: the information the custodian and the law require. That information is collected through a secure process, not through an ordinary web form.
Website usage: basic, aggregated analytics if you allow them. You can decline.
How we use it
To respond to you, to carry out a transaction you ask for, to keep required records, and to improve the site.
Who sees it
The people at LGS who help you, and the service providers we use to run the business (for example, email delivery and a customer-records system), who may use it only for that purpose.
Custodians, depositories and distributors involved in a transaction you ask us to complete.
